Milan – Inter Milan disclose the reasons behind their decision to dismiss Walter Mazzarri. Nerazzurri assess Mazzarri has lost intensity in training.
Mid-November, Inter decided to remove from his post as coach Mazzarri. One thing that is touted to be the reason for dismissal Mazzarri is inconsistent Inter performance.
More recently, the Director General Inter Marco Fassone explained the reasoning behind the decision. According to him, Mazzarri has lost intensity in his forward to the players.
“We chose to change the coach because we feel Mazzarri no longer continue the pattern of thought to the players with the same intensity,” said Fassone told Corriere dello Sport as quoted by Football Italia.
“This option is considered with caution. We do not want to change just because for the sake of change. However we are Inter and Mazzarri is still one of the best coaches in Italy.”
To replace Mazzarri, Inter appoint Roberto Mancini as allenatore brand-new. Fassone hope Mancini can directly show gebrakannya in this season.
“This is a great time to recruit a top coach like Mancini. Our hope is that Roberto could communicate key concepts of football to the team,” continued Fassone.
“It takes time, but we hope will not be too long.”
“Roberto has international experience, deep knowledge in the field, he wants to understand the different projects of 2004 and can not wait to get started again in Serie A,” he said.
